As a redeemed child o GOD  I would like to tell you how much you are loved by your heavenly father . so don't waste your adocate call on JESUS ,claim your responsibly,claim your house,by the power given to you by your GOD. If you feel you have been  then read [Luke18;2-8] you are overcomers.

I am asking everyone to fast one meal a day at least once a week ?

The word says GOD has chosen a fast for us & it will please him while springing forth our health[isa58]. We also know some places we only get by this method [mat17:21].Also if we feel distant from the lord one way to seek him is   you guessed it fasting and prayer[dan9:3]. This also was the response of JESUS [Luke5:33-35]. He was saying people don't fast when the bridegroom is there they do it to seek him or draw closer to him. We see the early church doing this after his death with great results [acts10:30].

So how important is it you decide . Do we need to seek the lord more? Do we need our health to spring forth or angels to show up? I hope your answer is bring on the fasting !!!!!

2 Corinthians 5:17-18 says,  "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; old things have passed away, behold all things have become new.  Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation."

When we become new creatures in Christ and washed in His blood, we become the righteousness of God.  We should shine the love of Jesus Christ to others because we have been reconciled to Him.
